IP Addresses, Cookies and Web Logs
As with most websites, our servers automatically collect certain technical information such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, and information about the browser you use. This information is used for system administration and to collect and report on aggregate information on visits to the Website and users’ browsing patterns which does not identify specific individuals.
Like many other companies, we also use "cookie" technology, where our servers deposit special codes on a visitor's computer. Cookies help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. As above, this information also helps us determine the total number of visitors to the site and browsing patterns on an on-going basis and the types of Internet browsers (e.g., Google, Firefox or Internet Explorer) and operating systems (e.g., Windows or Apple) used by our visitors. This information is used to improve the Website and enhance your online visits. We do not use this information to identify visitors or cross-reference this information with personal information you may provide on the site. If you wish, you can set up your browser so that you do not receive any 'cookies' while visiting the site, but if you do so this may affect the performance of the site and you may not be able to use all the options otherwise available.

Storage and Security
Where we have provided you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Please remain guarded against phishing emails. Phishing is a method used by fraudsters to deceive someone into giving sensitive information, such as bank account details, credit card numbers or username and passwords. Most of the time phishing will take the form of emails, which purport to be from well-known companies and ask recipients to send their private information. This information is then used for identity theft and fraud. We will hardly ever ask you to send sensitive details by email. Normally, this would only be if we are responding to a query you have sent to us or you have contact us first. We will never ask you for your account password. If you have any suspicions or doubts whether any email or communication that purports to come from us is genuine or not, please check with us first before responding.
You have a right to ask us to provide you with details of the personal data we hold about you, subject to paying a fee specified by law (currently £10.00). You also have the right to update and correct any personal data that we hold about you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, or if you have any other queries about this policy, please contact us by writing to Ingage IR Limited, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2RS or sending an email to email@example.com.
You have the right to ask us at any time not to use your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes and you will normally be given the option to object to use if you are not happy with this. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us using the contact details above.
